Eligibility Criteria For IOE-ISH Centenary Master’s Scholarships For Developing Countries
Although the IOE-ISH centenary master’s scholarships are open to nationals from developing countries, there are certain standards to meet. To qualify for IOE-ISH centenary master’s scholarships you need to fulfill the following criteria:
- Be a citizen and resident of a low or lower-middle-income country, as per the World Bank classification.
- Must have received an official offer to study for a full-time master’s degree in London at the University College London Institute of Education.
- Not have studied or lived in the UK before.
The IOE-ISH centenary master’s scholarships cover full tuition fees and accommodation at International Students House for one academic year. However, these scholarships do not cover your upkeep in London, travel, or any other expenses.
Subject to satisfactory progress, the scholarships are tenable for one academic year.

Full-time master’s degree programs are offered at University College London Institute of Education. Also, note that these scholarships are not available for MA in Educational Neuroscience or online courses.

How To Apply For IOE-ISH Centenary Master’s Scholarships
Before applying for any of the IOE-ISH centenary master’s scholarships, you must first apply for admission into any of the education courses at the University College London and receive an admission offer.

Before applying make sure you:
- Check the application deadline and make sure to submit your application before the deadline. Upload references before the deadline
- Provide a valid email address for each referee and contact them referees to upload their references via a secure website when they receive a request from the University. Applications would be put on hold and will not be considered by UCL(University College London) until references are uploaded
- Submit your transcript in electronic format (doc, Docx, jpg, pdf) at the same time as my application.
- Pay the application processing fee if your program requires it
